Zero Inch Happiness

                       So  the entire world is confined within  four walls with almost negligible physical activities and  uninvited hunger tide every now and then. As a result we are becoming couch potato. I know we are all locked down and this sudden  change has completely turned our life upside down. Believe me or not , this crisis won't last a lifetime and everything will be bright and chrome again .  So it is extremely important for us to take care of ourselves so that we can take care of our loved ones too.                          While staying healthy does includes a lot of  calculated  food intake  but it never means you cannot indulge in mouth watering dishes again.   What if I tell you that it is possible to loose weight  without  dying eating salad only.  I will  be talking ab...
